We are looking for a few 'hand-picked' people to represent and sell our custom handbag design experience to our growing customer base. Becoming a Design Consultant is not like most other home party businesses built on a multilevel marketing strategy. At LexiWynn building authentic relationships is paramount!
- We don't incentivize our Hosts or our Design Consultants to recruit a down line sales team
- We don't pressure our guests to host parties
- We don't ask you to invest a lot of money under the lure of being rich
We DO hand-pick a select few to best represent our brand; here is how we invest in you:
- Each Design Consultant receives a LexiWynn Sales Kit, including:
- current sample bags
- current fabrics and a portable garment rack system to display
- "Off-the-Rack Bags" inventory ready to be sold at purse parties (for that guest looking for instant gratification or a time sensitive gift)
- Receive extensive and ongoing support and training from Seth and Alexa
- Design Consultant Perks:
- 12% commission on Purse Parties
- 17% commission on individual orders (no hostess incentive involved)
- 30% discount for personal purchases
- 10% discount for family purchases
