Off-the-Rack: We accept unused ready-made merchandise purchased online for exchange or credit refund within 14 days of purchase date when accompanied by original receipt. Unfortunately original shipping is not refundable.

The LexiWynn Promise: You’ll love your LexiWynn Bag! However, if you are not satisfied with your custom-order handbag, you can return the item within 45 days of your order date for merchandise credit assuming the terms of our Custom Order Return Policy are met.
