LexiWynn Purse Parties – General Questions

 

Q: How often do Design Consultants get new fabrics?

A: Our reps typically get new fabrics every season. We work hard to keep our fabrics fresh and varied throughout the season so that our customers have lots of variety.

Q: Will we be able to purchase ready-made items at my party?

A: Yes! We recognize that sometimes you need a awesome LexiWynn handbag now! Our Design Consultants bring a great selection of Off–the-Rack handbags to all Purse Party events.

Q: How long does a fabric stay in inventory?

A: The length of time a fabric stays in our inventory varies depending upon its seasonality, popularity, and availability. Your rep can tell you more about specific fabrics at the party. Know that many fabrics are printed only once and will add to the exclusivity of your LexiWynn bag.

Q: Where are the bags made?

A: All LexiWynn items are cut and sewn in our Libertyville, Illinois workroom. Our operators are working hard to build your dream bag and handcraft each bag one at a time. Our employees have fun getting to make your creation and would love to meet you. Stop by if you have time and Seth will give you a tour.

Q: When will the bags be ready to be shipped?

A: All bag and accessory items ship approximately 3-4 weeks after the Purse Party is closed. We are committed to carefully making each LexiWynn bag in our Libertyville workroom. We appreciate that you are excited to get your creation and we work hard to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Q: How are the bags shipped?

A: LexiWynn ships all the orders from a Purse Party to the Hostess. We love that the hostess gets to see each of her friend’s creations. Your hostess will then setup a time with you to come get your purse or handbag. Bring a camera and post your pictures to our Facebook page. We love seeing you with your bag!

Q: Will my friends and I get to see the bags at my party?

A: Yes! There are no catalogs or swatch books at LexiWynn Purse Parties. We believe that the best way to invite you into the creative process is to have all the current fabrics, production samples and Off-the-Rack bags to inspire you! Our Reps are passionate about helping you create the perfect bag and bring a sample of every available bag style and a large swatch of all the available fabrics to every party. You’ll be able to try on the bags, feel the fabrics, and really be a part of the design process.

Q: Do I pay for my bag at the party?

A: Yes, your LexiWynn Design Consultant will take payment for your bag at the party. We accept Credit Cards, Cash and Checks at our Purse Parties.

Q: All this sounds fantastic! How can I host my own LexiWynn party?

A: You can talk to your LexiWynn Design Consultant at the party you attend, view our Find a Consultant page, use our party request form, or call 847.393.6121 to request a Design Consultant contact you.

Q: I can’t make it to my friend’s party, but want to order a bag. Can I do that?

A: Yes, you can order online from our Off-the-Rack page, at any time. If you would like your friend to get credit for your order, you’ll need to make sure to give her your order to turn in at her party. Email her your selections and she can give it to the Design Consultant for you.

 

LexiWynn Purse Parties – Hostess Questions

 

Q: Can a friend co-host a party with me?

A: Sure! Co-hosting is a great way to get a larger group together to attend. And, if you have a larger group, you and your co-host will have a large Hostess Incentive to share!

Q: What should I do about invitations?

A: We have a great PDF Invite we will email to you to use as you like or you can get creative and make your own. We recommend that you personally invite your friends as well. When we have your specifics look for your Invite and Hostess Guide to help you have the maximum fun.

Q: Can I have food and drink at my party?

A: Sure! We suggest light appetizers and drinks and encourage you not to go overboard with food. People are often so busy designing they don’t eat much.

Q: What should I expect at my LexiWynn party?

A: We think you and your friends are going to have a great time creating amazing looking LexiWynn handbags. We are passionate about what we do and believe in the integrity of the creative process. You will not be pressured to host a party or be recruited into a down-line sales pyramid. A LexiWynn Purse Party is truly a different home party experience, give it a try!

You will have the chance to see and feel all the fabrics, play with the bag samples, and share your design ideas with each other. Our Design Consultants know you are there to design a bag and enjoy being with each other and they arrive ready to help you with that.

Other items to be aware of:

  • LexiWynn Design Consultants currently accept all forms of payment.

  • Fabrics and styles are always changing so even if you have been to a LexiWynn party before you should make sure to come again and see what’s new!

  • Don’t be scared of designing! Your LexiWynn Design Consultant is there to help you and your friends and can help you design a great looking bag!

Q: What do I receive for hosting the party?

A: Party hostesses receive a discount on their party purchase based on the number of items sold during their party. Our Hostess Incentive program is simple! You earn 10% of pre-tax, pre-shipping totals towards the purchase of your custom handbag.

Q: A friend can’t make it to my party, but wants to place an order. Can I get credit for it to count towards my Hostess Incentive?

A: Yes, if you have your friend give you her order to place at your party, it will count towards the total number of bags ordered.

 

LexiWynn Workroom Parties

 

Q: Is there a cost to have a party?

A: No. There is no charge to use our LexiWynn workroom.

Q: What is the price range?

A: Accessories range from $25-$60 and handbags range from $60-$190.

Q: Does it cost more to customize?

A: No, it is the same price for an Off–the-Rack bag as it is for a custom bag. Also, price is based on the style, not fabrics.

Q: Will we be able to purchase Of- the-Rack Bags at my party?

A: Yes, a wonderful selection of ready-made items are available for purchase in the LexiWynn workroom.

Q: When will my custom order be ready?

A: Custom orders take 3-4 weeks and can be shipped to your address or picked up in-store for no charge.

Q: What are your store hours and locations?

A: The LexiWynn workroom is in operation Monday through Friday from 8 to 3 pm. It is best to schedule an appointment with our local Design Consultant.

Q: How often do you get new fabrics in?

A: We add new fabrics monthly.

Q: Can I bring in my own fabric?

A: Sure. We are committed to helping you build your perfect bag.

Q: Do I pay for my custom bag at the party?

A: Yes. Full payment is due at time of order. You may pay by credit card, cash  or check in our stores.

Q: Can I get my order rushed?

A: We can try our best. Let us know your situation and if it is at all possible we will try to meet your deadline.
